Presentation can be made as power point/Audio visual /movie /Documentary etc and it shall be treated as a competition under same group. |

|
English should be the language used to express views in both the presentation. Occasional use of other languages is permitted. |

|
|
|
Participants should mail their material (presentation + detailed paper) on Email id abhyudaya.ngp@gmail.com |

|
|
|
|
Audio visual presentations should be submitted in form of CD/DVD in Vidarbha Vaibhav Office or to Student coordinators. |
|
|
|
|
|
Two Hard copies of detailed paper should be submitted in Vidarbha Vaibhav Office or to Student coordinators. |
|
|
|
|
|
There will not be any spot registration facility. |
|
|
|
|
|
A maximum of 4 students can formulate a group for both competitions. |
|
|
|
|
|
The completed form should then be submitted in the Vidarbha Vaibhav office or to the college representative along with the registration fee of Rs. 200/- in cash per group. |
|
|
|
|
|
All participants are requested to collect the receipt from the college representative or office . |
|
|
|
|
|
The participant should bring the cash receipt along with the college identity card at the competition venue. |
|
|
|
|
|
No queries will be entertained on loss/damage of receipts. |
|
|
|
|
|
All the necessities required for the competition should be brought by the participants. |
|
|
|
|
|
Cash prize, mementoes and certificates will be awarded to the first 2 winners of each group which will be declared in Abhyuadaya’12 on 22’nd January 2012. |
|
|
|
|
|
Participation certificates will be provided to all the participants in Abhyuadaya’12 on 22’nd January 2012 itself. |
|
|
|
|
|
All the presentations will be secured by the organizing committee. |
